Custom Silk Screen Printing Guidelines

- Production Schedule: 7-14 working days upon Art Approval. Rush jobs are available for an extra fee.
- Art approval must be completed prior to being put on the production schedule.
- Most jobs require an artwork setup to prep the work for screen printing. The fee is based on time required to prep artwork. Basic artwork that takes less than 30 minutes is included. If extra time is required $25 per hour on setup will be charged.
- Screen Set-Up Fees $25.00 per color(screen). This is seperate from all other printing fees.
- Any job older than 3 months old will be destroyed and new screens will be needed. Please talk to us during your order if you need screens saved for future jobs.
- Print Color Changes are $10 per color per screen.
- All payment arrangements must be finalized before entering the production schedule.

- Jackalope is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit but will do our best to fix the problem whenever possible.
- Print quality files are required for every order, when available. We require .AI or .EPS files that are not bitmap embedded images. If you are supplying a Raster image format, it should be saved as .TIFF or .PSD for (one color) or a .PSD document w/ layers for multi-color images whenever possible. All raster images must be set to size needed for printing at 300 dpi. Please remember to convert all text to outlines when submitting a file. All art files submitted may require additional art charges upon review, at a rate of: $59.00 per hour, $25.00 minimum, or a custom quote for specific art.
- PANTONE MATCHING IS NOT EXACT, WE WILL MATCH WITHIN 90% ON REPEAT ORDERS. NO GUARANTEE ON EXACT MATCH OF PREVIOUS RE-ORDER JOBS. We custom mix each batch of Pantone inks by weight and colors will slightly vary between each mix.

Second Location Printing
These additional charges apply when printing on a second position on the shirt. Printing on another location of the t-shirt requires removing the shirt after one side is printed and properly cured and resetting it on the press as if it were a new job. Therefore we add these extra charges for a second position. More than two positions are possible, Please call for custom pricing.

Additional Charges (Per Piece, Per Location)
- +$1.75 for Colored/Black Shirts (Due to the nature of printing on dark shirts we have to put double the ink on them in order to get a bright colored print)

Rush Orders
- Rush Charges of 25% of total Invoice (7 business days)
